Endings and Beginnings-

     "For over 20 years, Northwest Georgia Center For independent Living has changed lives. The Center is nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in beautiful downtown Rome, Georgia.  The Center’s logo has reflected the Center’s location of the surrounding mountains and rivers that define our gorgeous northwest Georgia community.  Those the Center serves, our Board, and the Center’s staff have endured with a spirit of resiliency, strength, and renewal while meeting independent living goals one at a time. 

      We navigated the Covid 19 pandemic together, supporting each other through challenging circumstances  and reaching out to our most rural communities in need. And, still we rise.  The staff came together and chose a powerful Phoenix bird that we feel symbolizes the spirit of our community.  It’s a symbol of the vigor, enthusiasm, and a symbol of hope that captures the essence of the Infinite innovation, undaunted commitment since 2004.  Shorter name, bigger impact.  All we see…is possibility."
