This section is dedicated to everyone in our 15 counties. Our consumers, partners, and their friends and family. We want to honor even the smallest of things because we understand that what might seem small on the outside is big on the inside.
Empowering Mobility
L. A. is a veteran who lives in Polk County. He visited our office in February 2024. He was having trouble with mobility and advocating his need for a ramp and a mobility scooter. We were able to assist with getting him a ramp and a scooter. Look at him go!!

Community outreach is a key aspect of spreading awareness of who we are, what we do, what services we offer, and what resources we have available. It allows us to reach and help those who otherwise would not even know to help us there.
Collaborations allow us to inform those with disabilities about our core services and other programs. So, they may choose to address their goals of independence with us.
